On holding at bay

I was born unworthy…. That is a common belief among people who do not believe that good stuff can happen to them.

How could we end up in a place like this? Why were we taught to think in a way which makes our live complicated and unworkable?

And what is even worst, we stay at that place and frantically looking for an escape, an exit which would give us some fresh air, a new perspective, a way out.

How foolish, isn`t it? Doing the same things all over again and expecting new outcomes. By things I also mean our thoughts. We keep our “non-workable” thoughts as if our lifes depended on them and are scared to let go of them.

Now, the first step is to actually notice what thought patterns do I have. What am I actually thinking? And that includes questions such as do I believe that this thing which I so much want will happen to me? Or do I secretly disbelieve that. It`s time to pure a clean wine here….as we say in Slovakia.

Be honest with yourself and answer that the best way you can. What mindset do I hold? One of a believing or one of doubting? Get into the gritty nitty details. And if you notice that actually you entertain any negative thoughts (and only you can know what do you truly think) now and only now you hit the starting point of your real journey.

Now you have the ability to do something about that. And it is easier than you might thought. Changing your thinking capability is not a rocket science. But it requires practice. And more practice and more practice. Developing a new “muscle” takes time. Nothing happens over night but it`s possible. My Love to you.
